Refund and Payment Policy
Where fees apply to membership, programs, certifications, events, or related Institute services, payment terms should be presented clearly at the point of registration, application, or purchase. Unless otherwise stated in a specific program or service notice, payments made to the Institute may be treated as non-refundable once administrative review, access provisioning, enrollment processing, or service allocation has begun. The Institute may review refund requests in limited circumstances where required by its own policy, fairness considerations, operational error, or applicable law. Failure to complete payment obligations may affect access, participation, review status, membership standing, or other forms of institutional eligibility.
